We want you to be happy with your Raven & Co. purchase.

CHANGE OF MIND

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, please contact us at graham.raven@yahoo.com within 14 days of delivery. We will then provide return instructions.

You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

Goods should be returned in their original condition. You may handle the goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality. We may make a deduction from your refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and their value has been reduced.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning an item because you changed your mind.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Where a cancellation right applies, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid for the order. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact us at graham.raven@yahoo.com as soon as possible, including your order number and photographs where appropriate.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Any exceptions to cancellation rights required by law will be stated clearly on the relevant product page.
